Lasagne deal

One Star Rating – Appealing looking lasagne, with a good thick top layer of well browned béchamel and cheese. Excellent savoury aroma and nice layering of sheets, meat and sauce. The texture is spot on, creamy and rich, with the vegetables retaining their body and the cheese becoming satisfyingly stringy. The meat is tasty, not greasy and works well whilst giving texture too. A very enjoyable Lasagne.
