REFUNDS POLICY

Due to the nature of our business and supplying temperature controlled fresh food, we are unable to accept returns. Should you have a problem with your delivery you will need to contact one of our friendly team who can help you with your concerns. 028 9250 8608 or email weborders@carnbrooke.com.

If you are unhappy with the quality of an item you have received, please take pictures of the product and attach these in an email to us. We can use these to investigate the issue thoroughly with the relevant department.

If for exceptional circumstances a refund is authorised the refund will be made onto the credit / debit card the order was placed. No cash refund will be authorised.

Cancellations or amendments to orders can be made but cannot be accepted if requested within the 24 hours prior to your delivery.

Here at Carnbrooke, all our products are cooked daily on our onsite kitchen. To ensure these are delivered to your door in the freshest way, you will find that they will only have a 3-to-5-day shelf life*. However, we will aim to send the longest shelf life available on the day.

We have done everything we can do to ensure that the information we provide about all the products listed on this website is accurate and up to date. However, some food products are constantly being improved so their ingredients and the other information we publish here, including details of their nutritional content and allergy advice, is liable to change. For this reason, we strongly recommend that you always read the actual product label carefully before using or consuming any product. Please do not rely solely on the information provided on this website. Also note that if the product is not suitable for freezing, you will find this information on the product label only.
