Delivery Terms & Conditions

  1. Delivery Costs

All costs of delivery depending on the final point of delivery will be displayed on our website and in your final total for your reference before proceeding to the point of payment. The minimum order value for home delivery is £35 As soon as the value of the items in your baskets is above £35 the option for home delivery will display, otherwise collection is the only option available. Current delivery pricing is shown below.

  • Date and Time of Delivery

We aim to deliver your order on your selected delivery day. If there are any changes to this, we will be in touch to rearrange alternative delivery, usually the next working day. For Mainland UK orders there are sent via 24hr post so will be posted the day before expected delivery.

We aim to deliver all NI orders between the hours of 09:00 and 18:00, however during busy periods these hours may differ. We are unable to provide delivery slots and estimated times of delivery as our delivery schedule changes on a daily basis.

  • Next Day Delivery

Cut off for next day delivery is 2PM, this is to increase availability of products and allow time for our team to prepare anything that will be specifically cut for your order. We cannot guarantee that orders received after this time will be ready for delivery the following day and if this is the case we will contact you.

  • Holidays

Christmas is an extremely busy period for us, and this can impact our delivery availability and options. We try our best to keep all delivery options open on the lead up to Christmas. After Christmas we pause deliveries until the second full week of the New Year to allow our team some time off and to replenish our stores and products.

  • Changing your Delivery Date or Delivery Address

You can change your delivery address or date of delivery for all NI orders by emailing us at: weborders@carnbrooke.com up to a deadline of 8AM The Day Before Your Selected Delivery Date. For UK Mainland Orders this must be at least 2 working days before your selected delivery date.

  • If You Are Not Home –

If no one is available at your address to take delivery, we will leave goods at the delivery address. You can make a note on your order, at point of ordering with instructions should you not be home. For our Mainland UK orders if you choose to arrange a ‘redelivery request’ causing the courier to delay the delivery of your goods, we will not accept liability for any changes to the conditions of the goods, or any delay to the delivery. Carnbrooke will not be liable for any spoilage due to delayed deliver, and in this case we will not refund for the goods, or provide replacement goods.

  • Delays Outside Our Control

If our supply of your goods is delayed by an event outside of our control then we will contact you as soon as possible. Provided we take this step, we will not be liable for delays caused by the event or courier. We send our Mainland UK orders via 24-hour postage, packaged in insulated packaging and ice gel packs that will be suitable for up to 48 hours from point of postage.

  • Providing Required Information

We may need certain information from you so that we can supply your goods to you including accurate delivery address and contact information. If this information is not provided it may impact the delivery of your goods and the products, we are able to provide, as we will not be able to get in touch with yourself to make alternative arrangements should it be required. If you provide us with incorrect information, that results in failure to deliver, we will not accept liability.

  • Reasons we may Delay the Supply of Goods to you

We may have to delay the supply of goods due to stock shortages or to make amendments as requested by you. In this case we will contact you using the contact information provided to rearrange delivery. In the event of a product not being available, we will refund you for this product, or attempt to get in touch with you to arrange an alternative should you wish.
