We are a family-owned business who operate a 2500 sq. ft Butchery & Food Hall retail business in Lisburn and Dromore, along with supplying over 300 food service customers. We are now in the position to advertise for a talented and enthusiastic Head Chef with a passion for creating high quality food.
Summary of the Role
You will be responsible for the day to day running of the Kitchen under the guidance of the Executive Head Chef and ensure focus on driving production, sales, profitability and training through the successful leadership of the Team.
The role entails producing a range of high quality and creative dishes to Carnbrooke high standards.
