Job Summary

Carnbrooke is a family-owned business, working from our facility in Lisburn operating a 2500 sq. ft Butchery & Food Hall and Food Service supplier to over 250 hotels and restaurants across NI. Due to continued expansion, we are now in the position to advertise for a Quality Assurance Assistant.

We require a highly motivated individual to undertake the role of a QA Assistant to monitor all food safety and quality procedures throughout the production process all carried out on site in Lisburn. This will be in in line with company policies and in support of the quality team whilst also promoting and ensuring health and safety.
